FORMS ASSEMBLING METHOD USING CHAIN OR PRE-STRESSED STEEL CABLE

PURPOSE: A form assembling method using a chain or a steel strand is provided to save time and cost for construction works and to make construction work easy by removing need of a strut. CONSTITUTION: A form assembling method comprises the steps of: installing form support brackets(3) a top head of a bridge; temporarily fixing the brackets on an upper reinforcing bar(8) with wires(5); inserting a chain or a strand wire(6) between the brackets; extending and fixing the chain or the strand wire after adjusting the height of the brackets in accordance with concrete grouting height; and grouting concrete after installing a lower form(7) and a side form(9). According to the chain or the strand wire, installation of a strut is unnecessary. Therefore, the number of forms is reduced when a bridge is constituted of many piers.
