<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of ascon filler using waste instead of limestone used in a conventional method is provided, which reduces manufacturing cost, improves abrasion resistance and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of ascon filler using waste comprises the steps of: gathering wastes such as steel-making dust, waste gypsum and fly-ash; storing in silo; mixing steel-making dust, waste gypsum with fly-ash in a ratio of 6:2:2, 5:2:3 and 6:1:3; delivering produced ascon filler to products silo; manufacturing ascon.</p> |
