PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain charging details through a line by a user and to vary the charging schedule depending on request information and a user's terminal. SOLUTION: When a user operates an output section 24 to request charging information, request signals for the charging information including a customer's number are outputted from the section 24 to a center 10 through an up transmission path 31. A request receiving section 12 of the center 10 receives the signals through an I/F 11 and transmits the customer's number in the signals to a customer control section 150. The customer's charging information accumulated in the section 150 is read and outputted from a charging output section 17, the information is multiplexed with other information by an information multiplexing section 16 and transmitted to the terminal 20 through a down transmission path 32. The terminal 20 separates the charging information by an input section 22a and the information is displayed by a display section 23. |
