PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly cope with circumstances of subscribers and characteristics of application and to have provision for diversified up-transmission system from subscribers by means for a simple revamping. SOLUTION: A CATV center 1 and a plurality of subscribers 2A, 2B are interconnected directly or via a communication center 5 with optical fibers 9, 9A, 9B. Then the subscribers 2A, 2B are provided with subscribers devices 3A, 3B that terminate a video signal sent from the CATV center 1, a down- communication signal from the center and an up-communication signal from a subscriber, the CATV center 1 transmits the video signal and the down- communication signal and each subscriber transmits the up-communication signal. |
