<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct a touch position on a touch panel. SOLUTION: A touch panel 30 is fixed on a display device 10 by a bracket. The bracket is provided with projecting parts at two spots so as to touch the coordinate positions of minimum and maximum values on a display screen 11. When a program for correction stored in a program memory 55 is run at the time of starting the device, since the coordinates on the display screen 11 touched with the projecting parts are sent to a control part 50 from the beginning, this control part 50 makes correspondent these coordinates and the resolution of the display screen 11 to calculate the deviation quantity of the both and stores this deviation quantity in a correction value storage part 44 as a correction value. When any arbitrary spot on the touch panel 30 is touched with a finger or the like at the time of ordinary operation, the coordinates of this touch position are detected by a coordinate value detecting means 41. In a coordinate value correcting means 43, the coordinate value detected by the means 41 is corrected with the correction value stored in the correction value storage means 44.</p> |
