PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply order the copy of the original of desired contents or contents related with it from a contents ID management center 10 based on a part of the copy of the desired contents without designating contents ID directly. SOLUTION: A terminal device 20 reads the contents ID from the copy of the contents in which the contents ID is embedded or its part, and transmits the contents ID and retrieval auxiliary information to the center 10. When receiving the contents ID and the retrieval auxiliary information, the center 10 returns the original of the contents corresponding to the contents ID or contents related with it to the device 20.
