PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for ensuring the electric connection between an electric power source 4 such as a battery and an electronic circuit 3 of a timepiece. SOLUTION: This device is installed on a support 2 of the timepiece, and includes at least one electric connector tongue 5 having a pair of opening parts 55 and 56 for cooperating with a pair of fixing pins 25 and 26 fixed to the support 2, and electrically connecting the electric power source 4 and the electronic circuit 3. The electric connector tongue 5 includes at least a first pair of fingers 55a, 55b, 56a and 56b for forming and partitioning the first opening part among the opening parts 55 and 56, and these fingers are least elastically deformed for holding the electric connector tongue on the first fixing pin among at least the fixing pins 25 and 26 by changing a diameter of the first opening part.
