PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet which holds a document or a small article, such as a timer, etc., on an iron plate by providing an adhesive surface on the magnet, so that the magnet prevents the falling of the document, small article, etc., by preventing the slipping of the magnet with the adhesiveness of the surface, even when the magnet is used on the smooth surface of the iron plate. SOLUTION: An adhesive material, having weak adhesiveness is applied to it or a sheet, is stuck to the surface of this magnet, which is brought into contact with an object surface. This magnet is made easily removable, by weakening the adhesion of the surface. At the same time, strong frictional is obtained in the upward, downward, leftward, and rightward directions by the effect of the adhesive surface. Thus this magnet utilizes the synergetic effect of the attraction of the magnet and antislipping property of the adhesive material.
