SOLUTION: In this revolving excavation work vehicle with an operating column 25 erected at the front part and a driver's seat 15 erected behind the operating column 25 with the space of a step 2, one side of the driver's seat 15 is opened as a hatch c, and an operating oil tank 4 is arranged at the end part of the step 2 when viewed from the entrance c. A fuel tank 3 is arranged at the rear part of the operating tank 4 in a longitudinally overlapping manner.
