CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM FOR NONBANK INSTITUTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonblank customer service system which enables a nonblank institution to provide customer service enabling a nonbank customer to apply for loan through a customer's terminal. SOLUTION: This service system is equipped with a Web server which provides services of nonbank companies and a mediation server which are connected to host computers of the respective nonbank companies and mediates in information exchange between the host computers of the respective nonbank companies and the Web server; and a nonbank customer communicates with the Web server by using terminal equipment and then can receive the service of the nonbank companies by using a Web page that the Web page provides.
