PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can be manufactured at a low cost with a simple configuration, lightens physical burden in bagging work for green onion, etc., and reduces the time and labor required for the bagging work. SOLUTION: This device comprises a bag storage part 18 in which a plurality of overlapped slender bottomed bags 20 having an insertion port on an upper end can be held and stored in a suspended condition, a bag holder 32 in which bags are taken out of the bag storage part one by one to open the insertion port and hold the bags in a suspended condition, a turning frame 26 which can be moved between the bag taking-out position and the bagging position with the bag holder attached thereto, and a blower 46 which blows air into the bags from the insertion port of the bag held by the bag holder at the bagging position and inflates the bag.
