PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small work delivery control device using a general facility for efficiently conducting arrangement processing three dimensionally. SOLUTION: This deliver control device is provided with a transport conveyer 6 for transporting the small work, an induction mechanism 2 for inducing the small work, cameras 13a, 13b for photographing the small work, an encoder for instructing the camera to photograph, a work shape detecting means 113 for detecting marked point coordinates and angle of inclination, a target position detecting means for deciding the target position, a pair of first robots 19a, 19b for taking out the target small work, a pair of first fittings 16a, 16b, for horizontally placing the small work, a second robot 20 for transferring the small work to a second fitting, a second camera 23 for sequentially photographing the surface and back of the small work, a surface and back detecting means 124 for detecting the surface and back thereof, and a surface and back reversing mechanisms 43, 45 for making the surface and back of the small work uniform, and the three-dimensional direction of the small work is set uniform.
