POLYMER COMPOSITE HIGH-DIELECTRIC-CONSTANT MATERIAL, MULTILAYER PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND MODULE BOARD

A polymer composite high-dielectric-constant material is disclosed which has a high dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss tangent realized by dispersing metal particles or metal particles coated with insulating material into a resin, not less than 95 weight % of which particles have an average particle diameter of 0.05-0.5 mum. In case where a high-dielectric-constant filler having an average particle diameter larger than that of the metal particles is used together, a material with a high insulating reliability, a high dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss tangent can be obtained even when the filling amount of the metal particles is small.
