PURPOSE: A heat pump system is provided to improve performance and reduce power consumption in increasing condensing pressure or decreasing evaporating pressure by regulating the composition ratio of non-azeotropic mixture of high or low pressure refrigerant, and to prevent overload and damage of the compressor by controlling the flow rate of refrigerant and overheating of refrigerant steam optimally. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system comprises a refrigerant control part cooling or heating by supplying refrigerant or refrigerant mixture from a liquid refrigerant pipe between a condenser(2) and an evaporator(3) to hybrid, high pressure and low pressure refrigerant control units(10,11,12), storing by sorting high pressure refrigerant and low pressure refrigerant and selectively regulating high pressure refrigerant and low pressure refrigerant to a main circuit, a heat exchange part selectively feeding low or high pressure refrigerant from the lower or upper part of the refrigerant control unit, liquid refrigerant between the condenser and the evaporator or hot gas from the outlet of the compressor to an expansion valve(6) and heat exchangers(30,31,32) by a refrigerant control valve and heating or cooling and decompressing refrigerant in the refrigerant control unit, and a refrigerant input and output control part having the refrigerant control valve regulating inflow or outflow of refrigerant to the heat exchangers and the refrigerant control units.
