INCINERATING DEVICE OF DRY SLUDGE FOR IMPROVING THE INCINERATING EFFICIENCY AND REDUCING EXPENSES OF OIL

PURPOSE: An incinerating device of dry sludge is provided to improve incomplete combustion efficiency by increasing the staying time in the air to make dry sludge sufficiently come in contact with flames and enabling complete combustion and to prevent waste of resources by reducing consumption of energy. CONSTITUTION: An incinerating device(1) of dry sludge comprises an incinerator body(2), a burner, and grates(10). The incinerator body is connected to a sludge drier. A sludge inlet(3) through which air of high temperature flows is formed to the upper side of the incinerator body and an ash port(4) is arranged to the lower part of the incinerator body. The burner jets flames to the inside of the incinerator body. The grates are installed in the incinerator body in a triangular shaped or arched shape. A combustible waste matter-throwing port is formed to an upper part of the incinerator body. A hopper(6) opening and closing by an opening and closing valve is arranged to the combustible waste matter-throwing port. The grate comprises a waste support plate(13) for taking combustible waste falling and coming in through the combustible waste matter-throwing port and a support(12) supporting the waste support plate.
