PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower bracket for a partition panel and its fixing method, capable of installing and fixing a partition panel lower part, without exposing the bracket to a surface of a floor slab. SOLUTION: This lower bracket is composed of a fixing part 11 extending to both sides in the longitudinal direction of a lower header surface of a partition panel, a base part 10 composed of a projection part 12 having an inserting part 13 in the middle of this fixing part 11 and an inserting hole 14, a support plate 21 of the lower header surface of the partition panel, a support column 24 projecting upward from this support plate 21, and inserted into a fixing hole arranged on the lower header surface, a panel support member 20 projecting downward to both sides of the support plate 21, and composed of a pair of inverse stepped parts 22 having a hollow part 23 communicable with the inserting part 13 of the base member 10, and a fixing plate 30 inserted into the inserting part 13 of the projection part 12 of the base member 10 and the hollow part 23 of the inverse stepped parts 22 of the panel support member 20, and connecting the base member 10 and the panel support member 20.
