PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer which has excellent adhesiveness and coatability to a polypropylene-based polymer as a substrate even if containing no halogen such as chlorine, and has surface-hydrophilicity. SOLUTION: The propylene-based block copolymer is characterized in that it is represented by general formula (I): PP-a-R (wherein PP: a polypropylene segment having 10-60% of mmmm pentad fraction against whole pentad, a: a group connecting PP and R, and R: a polar group-containing polymer segment).
