PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizer composition for a chlorine-containing resin imparting the chlorine-containing resin with long-term thermal stability, causing no initial discoloration of the resin and capable of ameliorating foaming phenomena during resin processing as well, and to provide a chlorine-containing resin composition containing the stabilizer composition. SOLUTION: The chlorine-containing resin composition contains as active ingredients an aluminosilicate substituted with a Zn ion and an inorganic phosphite containing at least one metal element selected from Ca and Ba.
