PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening and closing device which has a simple mechanism, a low price and can be attached to an existing window. SOLUTION: A window opening and closing device 1 has a drive unit comprising a built-in power supply, a drive device and a wheel 5 housed in a case for transmitting a drive force from the drive device to the outside, and the drive unit is made freely attachable/detachable to an existing window 7, and is attached to the window 7 in such a manner that the wheel 5 is grounded to the supporting portion of the window 7, and the window 7 is made freely movable by operating the drive device of the drive unit. |
