PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind regulator capable of enhancing the efficiency for assembling work. SOLUTION: In a state where a base 9 is fixed to an inner panel 5, the base 9 biasses a first arm 14 having a sector gear 12 in one direction. A locking member 11 is fixed to the left side of a drive shaft hole 9h on the surface at the outer panel side of a bearing portion 9g of the base 9. At the intermediate portion of the locking member 11, a recessed bowl-shaped cover portion 11a is formed at the outer panel side, and is arranged closely to a drive shaft hole 9h so as to cover the outer panel side of the drive shaft hole 9h. At the tip side of cover 11a, a curved portion 11b curved to the side of inner panel 5 is formed, a locking claw 11c at the tip portion is extended and formed toward the side of inner panel 5, penetrates the second locking hole 12b of the sector gear 12 and extended to the position locking with the first locking hole 9i and then formed. |
