PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drink which contains thiamin or its salt and reduces an unpleasant smell that is originated from the thiamin and increased with the passage of time. SOLUTION: This drink reduced in an unpleasant smell generated with the passage of time is obtained by adding one or more kinds of flavors similar to the flavors of plum wine, apricot wine, apricot brandy, Amaretto brandy and cherry brandy to a drink containing thiamin or its salt and adjusting the mixture to pH 2-6. |
