A method of depositing cultures in vitro includes cultivation of microplants on an agarized nutrient medium, which contains potassium nitrate, calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate, ferrous sulfate in achelate form, boric acid, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, copper sulfate, cobalt chloride, mesoinosite, thiamine, pyridoxine, naphthylacetic acid, sucrose. The cultivation is carried out at the positive air temperature, moisture content of 70%, photoperiodic lighting, the systematic replanting each two weeks onto a fresh nutrient medium. The cultivation of microplants is carried out at an air temperature of 16-26 DEGREE C, a 8-14-hour photoperiod and lighting of 2-4 Klux on the agarized nutrient medium, not requiring the systematic replanting of microplants and which is additionally supplemented with ammonium nitrate, monosubstituted potassium phosphate, glycine, ascorbic acid, gibberellic acid, kinetin, nicotinic acid, indoleacetic acid or heteroauxin.
