<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process control system which can carry out the addition of a work process and the rearrangement of an order from the terminal device of a production spot easily. SOLUTION: A process control system 1 is composed of a terminal device 2 installed in a production control department, a data base 3 for storing the process control information supplied from the terminal device 2, a terminal device 4, installed in a production spot, for selecting and indicating only the information necessary to the spot work and a net work 5 for connecting the terminal devices 2, 4 with the data base 3 and transmitting the data. When the necessity for rearranging the order of the work process is generated in the production spot, on the way of the progress of the manufacturing, a new work process is inputted from the terminal device 4. Then, the priority order of the work process is inputted and rearranged, while considering the content of the work process, the operation state of a facility and the number of person worked.</p> |
