<p>The present invention provides cereal products comprising cereal and N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L-α-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester in an amount effective to sweeten the products. This invention also provides cereal products comprising cereal and a sweetener blend of N-[N-(3,3-dimethylbutyl)-L-α-aspartyl]-L-phenylalanine 1-methyl ester with another sweetener in a combined amount effective to sweeten the product. This invention also provides a method for preparing the cereal products of the invention.</p> |
