FIELD: manufacture of building materials from waste of steel smelting process. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed raw material mix contains cement, quartz sand, filler, hardening agent, foaming agent and water. Used as filler is slag of oxidizing fraction, 3-12 mm, of electric steel smelting process; used as hardening agent is slag of dry gas purification of fraction, 5-100 mm, of electric steel smelting process; used as foaming agent is oxidizing or reducing slag of fraction, 0-3 mm, of electric steel smelting process together with waste pickling solution of sulfuric acid pickling of ferrous metals. Constituents are taken at the following ratio, mass-%: cement, 13-17; quartz sand, 4-7; waste pickling solution, 4-8; slag of fraction 0-3 mm, 18024; filler, 24-48; hardening agent, 8-12; water, 5-8. ^ EFFECT: improved service properties of building blocks; wide range of raw material sources; utilization of waste of steel smelting process; low cost. ^ 10 tbl, 6 ex |
