PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a fuel cutoff valve 10, while enhancing molding accuracy of a float, and reducing a variation in a valve closing liquid level by a temperature change in a fuel tank. SOLUTION: The fuel cutoff valve 10 has: a casing 20 forming a valve chest 30S; and the float 52 opening-closing a connecting passage 31b connected to an external part from the valve chest 30S, and opens and closes the connecting passage 31b by lifting of the float 52. The float 52 is composed of: a first float part 53 having a storage chamber 53S; and a second float part 55 stored in the storage chamber 53S. The second float part 55 has an upward extending part 55b penetrating through a through-hole 53e of the first float part 53, and is arranged up to the side of a sheet member 57.
