PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reinforcing effect of a concrete member by a fiber sheet by improving the adhesive strength of the fiber sheet to a surface of the concrete member. SOLUTION: A concrete member reinforcing method is implemented by bonding a steel plate 2 to the surface of the concrete member 1, and sticking the fiber sheet 3 to an external surface of the steel plate. According to the method, an effective adhesion area between the fiber sheet 3 and the concrete member 1 can be expanded by virtue of the rigidity of the steel plate 2, which results in improvement in the reinforcing effect of the concrete member 1 by the fiber sheet 3.
