<p>The present invention relates to methods of treating a cancer and in particular, a B- cell derived cancer, using a lymphocytotoxic but hematopoeitic cell sparing high-dose pulsed amount of an oxazaphosphorine drug in combination with immune therapeutics such as, for example, an autologous idiotypic vaccine and monoclonal antibodies that selectively bind B-cell specific antigens.</p>
