<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate an article enter/leaving management by outputting work instruction by voice to manage articles, recognizing the response voice of a worker to sequentially confirm the work contents, automatically the result of work according to the progress of work, and eliminating the terminal operation of a computer to the utmost. <P>SOLUTION: This enter/leaving management system of articles includes: labels 16 fitted to the article 12 or a storage place of the article 12; a reader 18 for reading these labels; a synthetic voice output device 20 for converting the read information to the synthetic voice and outputting the same; a response recognizing device 22 for recognizing the response of a worker 11; and a register device 24 for automatically the information determined according to the recognition result to a server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
