An LCD device is provided to enable a bottom chassis to be electrically connected to a panel driving film which is electrically connected to an external grounding through a grounding connection portion of a point light source driving film, thereby discharging static electricity which can be applied from the outside effectively. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device(1000) includes a point light source(100), a light guide panel(200), an LCD panel(300), a panel driving film(400), a bottom chassis(500), and a point light source driving film(600). The light guide panel is disposed in a side portion of the point light source. The LCD panel is disposed on the light guide panel to display an image. The panel driving film is electrically connected to the LCD panel to apply a driving signal. The bottom chassis contains the point light source, the light guide panel, and the LCD panel. The point light source driving film has a point light source mounting portion(610) and a grounding connection portion(620). The point light source is disposed in the point light source mounting portion. The grounding connection portion connects the bottom chassis to the first grounding portion of the panel driving film electrically.
