PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sensing bubbles in which elements for sensing bubbles and a passage are integrally arranged, which is hardly affected by a fluid or a change of temperature of an environment, and which is miniaturized and easily and conveniently operated and has a high sensing accuracy, and provide further a method for sensing thereof. SOLUTION: The device for sensing bubbles is provided with a heater 5 for heating liquid in a passage 4 for transferring the liquid, a thermistor 6 arranged on the downstream of the heater 5, a control circuit 9 for dealing with signals as errors, closing a valve 8 and stop an air pump 1 in the case when a signal sensed with the thermistor 6 is abnormal due to mixing of bubbles. |
