PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive force measuring instrument for toner in the consideration of the nip of a fixing device. SOLUTION: The adhesive force measuring instrument for toner includes: a toner layer installation section 27 that has a toner layer 26; a probe 23 for peeling the toner layer by coming into pressure contact with the surface of the toner layer; and a load measuring section. When the probe 23 is heated to a predetermined temperature, the toner layer setting section 27 is moved so that the toner layer 26 comes below the probe 23. When probe 23 does not have the predetermined temperature, the toner layer 26 is not below the probe 23. When the probe 23 is in contact with the surface of the toner layer, the toner temperature T1 and the probe temperature T2 have the relation expressed by T2>T1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
