<p>FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for milk cooling on farms with waste-heat recovery consists of milk delivery line with cluster meters, milk collecting tank, milk pump, plate coolers, automatic watering system, tanks with heated water, milk storage tank, pumps delivering water into the automatic watering system and milk cooler. It should be noted that the input and output of the cooler supplied with water for the tower and lines of automatic watering system are equipped with solenoid-operated valves which open and close on signal of control unit contacting with solenoid starter starting/tipping milk pumps. ^ EFFECT: performance reliability improvement, increase of milk production, improvement of milk quality, decrease of water and energy consumption, simplification and cheapening of device construction. ^ 1 dwg</p> |
