An organic/inorganic fertilizer and a manufacture method thereof are provided to neutralize acidified soil with a light alkali component of the inorganic fertilizer, which contains mud as a main material, triple salt, livestock excretions, a heavy metal remover and a fermenting agent. A method for manufacturing an organic/inorganic fertilizer comprises the following steps of: preparing mud as a main raw material; mixing the prepared mud with polysaccharide plants such as cornstalk and cane stem; adding livestock excretions, triple salt, a fermenting agent and a heavy metal remover; and fermenting the mixture in a fermentor and drying and pulverizing the dried mixture. The pulverized mixture represents the organic/inorganic fertilizer. The fermenting agent can be yeast. |
