A rod for permanent is provided, which enables a beauty artist to perform the rolling operation of hair in a short time and expresses uniform wave style. A rod for permanent comprises: a hollow body(12) in which protrusions(18) are formed at a band guide and outer side in both sides of inner space; a cover(20) in which a plurality of through-holes(24) are formed, a hinge part(26) of one side is assembled with a hinge rod(14) of the body, and a push unit(22) of the outer side is opened and closed by a spring; a clip(30) which supports both sides of the band passing through the band guide and elastically supports the hair using the band. |
