PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device thin by making a contactor shorter, and realize cost reduction of the device as a whole. SOLUTION: This device includes a cylindrical sleeve, a first pin which is retractably supported at one end of the sleeve and contacts a land part, a second pin which is retractably supported at the other end of the sleeve and contacts an electrode on a test object counterpart side, a first spring which is installed between first and second pins in the sleeve and energized in a direction to separate these first and second pins, and a second spring which is integrally mounted on one end of the sleeve from outside and energizes the sleeve from the land part side.
