PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile device, a method, and a program that facilitate transaction and comprise a secure element.SOLUTION: A mobile device comprises: a short-range wireless communication unit 106; a further communication unit 108 that is connected with the short-range wireless communication unit 106 and capable of communicating with an external input device 202; and a secure element 102 that is connected with the short-range wireless communication unit 106 and executes at least one application.
