PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent exudation of a copolymer to a blood sample by arranging a hydrophilic area for imparting a hydrophilic property to an inner wall surface of a plastic blood collection tube and a hydrophobic area being compatible with plastic and permeating without exuding to a wall of the tube. SOLUTION: A blood collection tube 10 has a bottom part wall 18 and a side wall 20, a borable stopper 16 is fitted to and installed in the opening end part, and a fitting/installing part extending to the inside is brought into pressure contact with an inner wall surface 24 of the side wall 20 to be held in a position of the stopper 16. A tube wall segment of such a collection tube 10 has a polymer molecule permeating into a block in a copolymer hydrophobic area, and a tube polymer and the hydrophobic area present a single high polymer phase. In a block of a copolymer hydrophilic area, at least a part of a graft extends to a wall of the tube, and is arranged so as to impart a hydrophilic property. Polyethylene, polypropylene and the like are cited as the hydrophobic area of a using copolymer. |
