Disclosed are a terminal assembly and a method for manufacturing the same. The terminal assembly includes an electric wire installation part for installing an electric wire and an opposite terminal mounting part which is integrated with the electric wire installation part and is mounted on an opposite terminal. The opposite terminal mounting part is overlapped. So, the deformation of the terminal assembly can be prevented.
