A dispenser (1) for dispensing a liquid is disclosed. The dispenser (1) comprises an outlet (5) for dispensing a liquid, a reservoir (2) for liquid, and a closure (3) configured to engage with the dispenser (1) and movable between a closed position in which the outlet (5) is enclosed and an open position in which the outlet (5) is not enclosed. The dispenser (1) further comprises an arrangement (4) for controlling liquid communication between the reservoir (2) and the outlet (5), the arrangement (4) and reservoir (2) movable with respect to each other between a first configuration in which the reservoir (2) is not in liquid communication with the outlet (5) and a second configuration in which the reservoir (2) is in liquid communication with the outlet (5). By requiring a second movement after removal of the closure accidental access or dispensing of the contents may be avoided or reduced. |
