PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a buffer material using an environmentally friendly fibrous raw material instead of a chemical material and capable of reducing environmental pollution.SOLUTION: A production method of a buffer material includes: a: a step of adding a raw material not containing fiber components such as a talc powder, water and the like to fibrous raw materials such as waste paper, a vegetable fibrous raw material, pulp and the like, being agitated and making a paste slurry; b: a step of adding a foaming agent and paste (glue) to a completed paste slurry fibrous raw material, being foamed, adding viscosity and being charged into an extruder; and c: a step of extruding the fibrous raw material foamed by the extruder and forming the buffer material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
