PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reception quality of retransmission information.SOLUTION: A receiver 10 includes a control unit 11 and a receiver unit 13. The control unit 11 allocates a radio resource for receiving data from each of a plurality of transmitter device 20 on the basis of the total number of combinations between an orthogonal sequence used for the coding of retransmission information which indicates whether or not data retransmission is required and a radio resource allocated for the transmission of the retransmission information.
