PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric composition which is an environment-conscious material containing no lead and has an excellent electromechanical coupling coefficient (k) and an excellent piezoelectric constant (d).SOLUTION: The piezoelectric composition is represented by compositional formula [BiNaα][TiAl(Mgβ)]O(provided that α represents either Na or K, and β represents either Nb or Ta), and x, y and a satisfy 0.005≤x≤0.050, 0.005≤y≤0.100 and 0.96≤a≤1.04 in a molar ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
