摘要 The present invention provides a signal transferring device using a magnetic thin film having a structure of a magnetic vortex and a magnetic counter-vortex, which includes a thin film structure where a plurality of magnetic vortex structures are periodically arrayed. The thin film structure includes a first magnetic vortex and a second magnetic vortex having the same rotating direction of a horizontal magnetization; and a magnetic counter-vortex formed between the first magnetic vortex and the second magnetic vortex, wherein thin film regions formed with the first magnetic vortex, the second magnetic vortex and the magnetic counter-vortex are integrally connected to each other. The signal transferring device includes: a magnetic fixing layer; a free layer including the magnetic vortex; and an intermediate layer interposed between the magnetic fixing layer and the free layer, and formed of a nonmagnetic material or a nonconductor. The free layer includes the first magnetic vortex and the second magnetic vortex having the same rotating direction of the horizontal magnetization, and the magnetic counter-vortex formed between the first magnetic vortex and the second magnetic vortex. The regions formed with the first magnetic vortex, the second magnetic vortex, and the magnetic counter-vortex, respectively, are integrally connected to each other. The present invention also provides a method for transferring a signal, which includes the steps of: applying the signal to a signal transferring device using a magnetic thin film having a structure of a magnetic vortex and a magnetic counter-vortex; and transferring the signal, through a rotation movement of a nucleus disposed inside the magnetic vortex structure, by exciting a rotation movement of another nucleus arranged at a vicinity adjacent to the nucleus. Therefore, a signal can be easily generated even with a small amount of energy, and rapid spread speed and signal control technology is achieved.
