A wiring appliance coupling device includes a frame, which holds a wiring appliance in removable manner, a fixture, which holds the frame, and an embedment unit, which embeds the fixture below a floor. The frame includes a remover located on an end of the frame and configured to allow for removal of the wiring appliance from the frame when operated from the front of the frame. The embedment unit is configured so that the wiring appliance is in communication with the outside through an opening in the floor. The fixture includes a coupling plate coupled to the front surface of the frame. The coupling plate is arranged to allow the remover to be operated from the front of the coupling plate. |
