Provided are a touch pen and the like with which the trajectory of a touch position can be input smoothly in a touch panel using a projection-type capacitive touch panel. The touch pen (1) is equipped with a gripping part (11) containing a conductive body, and a nonconductive part (15) that does not contain a conductive body. The distance between the tip portion of the nonconductive part (15) and the portion of the gripping part (11) containing a conductive body is changed by changing the size of the nonconductive part (15) in the elongation direction of the gripping part (11).
