Provided are a content distribution method and device. The method comprises: respectively establishing device to device (D2D) connections between a request device and two or more sharing devices; dividing, by the request device and according to a preset block policy, requested content into blocks respectively corresponding to each of the sharing devices, respectively notifying, by the request device, each of the sharing devices; and respectively transmitting, by the each of the sharing devices and to the request device, a respectively corresponding block notified by the request device. |
