1. An apparatus configured to supply power, comprising:
a first power supply, configured to output a first power signal; a second power supply, configured to output a second power signal, the second power supply coupled to and charged by the first power supply; and an assistance unit, coupled between the first power supply and the second power supply, the assistance unit detecting the first power signal from the first power supply to control the first power supply, the assistance unit further controlling refresh of the second power supply based on detection of the first power signal, wherein the second power signal from the second power supply is recycled to assist the first power supply in outputting the first power signal; and wherein the second power supply is a power converter comprising a plurality of stages, and the assistance unit provides a plurality of reference signals which charge respective stages of the second power supply.
