A method for manufacturing a shield tape having excellent following of an affixing part even when curling has occurred in a laminate comprising a metal foil and an insulating resin film, it being possible to prevent separation using this method. The method for manufacturing a shield tape has a step in which an insulating resin film 2 and a film-form metal foil 4 are overlaid with an adhesive layer 3 interposed therebetween, and the insulating resin film 2 and the film-form metal foil 4 are held between a pair of nip rollers 20, 21 and conveyed while tensile force is applied to the metal foil 4 and the insulating resin film 2, whereby a film laminate 10 is formed in which the metal foil 4 and the insulating resin film 2 are laminated, and an adhesive layer 5 is laminated on the insulating resin film 2 of the film laminate 10. In the step for laminating the metal foil 4 and the insulating resin film 2, tensile force is applied that is less than the yield value of the insulating resin film 2. |
