A shoe insole consists of a sheet 1 of resiliently deformable material e.g. polyethylene, having distributed over its upper surface a plurality of spaced depressions 2 and over its lower surface a plurality of spaced projections 3 in positions corresponding to the depressions 2, the sheet being perforated at intervals 4 between adjacent depressions 2 for passage of air from one surface of the sheet to the other. The insole may be used in combination with an antiseptic, deodorizing, siccative, tonic or anti-pruriginous powder which is distributed in the depressions 2. |
